Riviera is an Australian yacht manufacturer building motor yachts from 39 to 72 feet since 1980. The 4000 Offshore series was a popular model offered in three versions: the enclosed cockpit, hardtop, and an open cockpit. JOB SITE has an enclosed cockpit. She was originally owned and operated in fresh water on Lake Huron in Michigan until 2014. She was purchased from the original owner and has enjoyed 130 hours of use on Long Island and has been professionally maintained by Al Grover’s.
JOB SITE has a solid fiberglass hull, 14′ 4″ beam and a shallow keel. Spacious cockpit, helm-area and throughout, her cabin is oak finished with a solid oak cabin sole. She performs fishing and cruising comfortably and reliably, cruising at 23 knots at 2400 RPM’s. The twin CAT 3126B 450 HP engines were fully surveyed by HO Penn CAT in September 2017 – they’re good and strong with approximately 5,000 hours. EVO2 12″ Simrad GPS/Broadband Radar touch screen new in 2016, 1Kw transducer and forward scan transducer. Twin Disc Commander trolling valves, Kohler 9 kw generator, Sealand Vacuflush head, two Cruise Air systems with 16,000 BTU’s each (one at helm, one in cabin), and a new cockpit enclosure installed February 2018.
Only rarely used as a day boat by this multiple boat owner and never fished or slept aboard. The owner is moving up to his next boat. Pre-auction offers are welcomed.
