106ft BROWARD YACHTS 2006

Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Bidding Closed | Sold

Built by US shipbuilder, Broward Marine, established by Frank Denison in 1948, Altitude Adjustment II was delivered in 2006. The interior was designed by Lauren Currell in a tasteful, contemporary, neutral style, finished in cherry-stained maple joinery.

The yacht accommodates eight guests in four cabins, consisting of a master suite, 2 VIP suites, both with queen beds,  and a twin cabin, all with entertainment centers and flat-screen televisions with direct TV, and all with en suite bathroom facilities. There are additional accommodations for six crew in three cabins located aft.

The full beam master suite is dedicated to relaxation, with free standing settees and armchairs along with a large coffee table and an entertainment center including a large flat screen television set.

The main deck features a spacious main salon with dining area. The gourmet galley has its own dining area with seating for eight guests in a modern country-style kitchen, offering breakfasts and casual snacks throughout the day in a comfortable atmosphere. Alfresco cocktails and dining can be enjoyed on the oversized sheltered aft deck.

Twin 1,550hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising range of 2,250 nautical miles at 13 knots and 1500 nm at 18 knots.  Slow cruise of 12-13 knots burns less than 50 GPH and she settles in nicely at 18 knots for a fast cruise at roughly 70% engine load. Her 10,000-gallon fuel capacity provides for the extended range at displacement speeds. The large fuel capacity should not be overlooked as it’s an amazing attribute that provides Altitude Adjustment II with utility that comes in very handy and not found with other similar sized yachts.

Additionally, she features all the large yacht options to include Naiad zero-speed stabilizers, Naiad bow thruster, (2) Westerbeke 40KW generators, 1800 GPD watermaker, Nautical Structures 2000lb davit, etc.

Altitude Adjustment II has been kept up to high standards with a full-time crew maintaining her to pristine, turn-key condition! This is an amazing family boat and the owners’ memories that they’ve created are, in their own words, “beyond special”.
