Outdoor spaces shine as well, with an aft lido deck featuring a custom settee and chairs, along with ample space for a tender. A standout feature is the 3,000-pound davit—an upgrade from the original 1,500-pound capacity—designed to handle a 17’ Walker Bay tender (not included in the sale).
The crew quarters are thoughtfully designed, featuring a queen-size berth, suitable for a single captain or a couple, ensuring comfort for extended journeys.

Full-Beam King Master Suite: Three-stateroom layout highlighted by a spacious full-beam master with king berth and large ensuite with separate his-and-hers heads. Each guest stateroom also has a private ensuite.
Enclosed Skylounge & Exceptional Bridge: Large enclosed upper helm/skylounge provides excellent visibility, additional entertaining space and a convertible table that can create an extra berth. Bow and stern thrusters plus a wireless remote make maneuvering easier.
Large Outdoor Entertaining & Tender Deck: Expansive aft lido deck offers generous seating and tender storage, supported by an upgraded 3,000-lb Steelhead davit, double the original capacity.
The 8% Buyer’s Premium is Boathouse Auctions’ fee for managing and marketing each auction and is paid by the successful bidder based on their highest final bid.
An incentive from Seller to Buyer in the form of a credit at closing based on the amount submitted through the highest Bidder’s Opening Bid Incentive form prior to the start of bidding.
This percentage is paid in full to the properly registered Yacht Broker representing the successful Buyer. It is not shared with the Listing Broker, who is paid an equal commission separately by the Seller.
