LIVE MAS is a 2017 85’ Ocean Alexander that has been meticulously maintained. With a full refit in 2023 and a well-refined design that has proven to be a very popular model, LIVE MAS is now on the market ready for her next owner. LIVE MAS offers a full-beam Owner’s stateroom, large VIP stateroom and two spacious guest cabins, all with ensuite facilities. She also has a spacious flybridge deck with an electric BBQ. The exterior offers a main deck with a U-shaped settee accompanied by additional seating and a large teak table. The aft deck is well-appointed with a wet bar equipped with refrigerator drawers. Access to the swim platform is provided via two sets of stairs on either side. The swim platform is expansive, offering ample space for water toys and access to a tender. Upon entering the flybridge on the starboard side there is a large sun pad. She has a large U-shaped settee with a teak table and additional seating is situated. To port, a large granite wet bar with a refrigerator and icemaker is present, accompanied by five comfortable barstools. Further aft to port, a full-size Bar-B-Q is located.
When entering the interior, the main salon features an L-shaped settee with a coffee table to starboard and two comfortable chairs with a table to port. Further forward, a magnificent dining table with eight chairs awaits. A Quartz countertop with storage is situated between the main salon and dining table. Additionally, a Quartz-topped buffet is located to port. LIVE MAS offers a full-beam Owner’s stateroom, a larger VIP stateroom, two guest staterooms, and a laundry facility. LIVE MAS is also equipped with a generously sized crew area featuring two cabins and a head and shower.
