Built in 2005, the 100’ Hatteras motoryacht MAGIC is a standout among the Elite Series, offering a five-stateroom layout, custom interior finishes, and advanced mechanical equipment. An extensive $1.2M refit in 2020 provided various interior and exterior updates, detailed further below. In June 2024, the MTU engines received a QL6 overhaul, adding to MAGIC’s impressive investments and ensuring she is well equipped for her next chapter.
MAGIC showcases some of the finest customizations ever applied to the 100′ Hatteras model. She boasts a spacious layout that accommodates up to ten guests and provides additional quarters for four crew members. The interior features rich satin cherry wood, custom sketched-face doors and cabinets, along with elegant granite and honey onyx finishes.
Completed in June 2024, the MTU 16V-2000 engines underwent a comprehensive QL6 overhaul, incurring a total expense of over $800,000. Both engines now have only 340 hours since major overhaul, effectively resetting the engines to like-new condition. The yacht is also fitted with recently serviced Onan generators showing low hours, Naiad stabilizers, a bow thruster, two watermakers, a new Sport Zero air conditioning system, an Alfa Laval full polishing system, and a Headhunter waste treatment system, among other advanced features.
In 2020, MAGIC underwent an extensive $1.2 million refit, including new interior soft goods, fabrics, LED lighting, and appliances. The main deck received new teak, along with updates to walk-arounds, the flybridge, and non-skid surfaces on the boat deck. Exterior furnishings, cushions, and canvas were also replaced. Furthermore, in 2022, new electronics and audio/visual equipment were installed, and various systems were updated or refurbished.
