PICSOA LADY is a 103′ West Bay SonShip semi-displacement motor yacht designed by Jack Sarin, offering exceptional volume with a 24′ beam and accommodations for eight guests in four staterooms. Her expansive aft deck, spacious flybridge, full-beam salon, and country kitchen make her equally suited to entertaining and extended cruising. Northwest craftsmanship, excellent seakeeping, a substantial swim platform, and a shallow draft provide the capability and comfort of a much larger yacht.

PICOSA LADY accommodates eight owners and guests in four ensuite staterooms, one king, two queen, and one with twin berths. The full-beam master features a his-and-hers head arrangement with a double-entry steam shower. Forward, the VIP guest stateroom is especially inviting, with beautifully executed stone finishes adding to the level of detail and quality throughout. All guest heads are appointed with marble and enclosed showers, complemented by custom linens and extensive Northwestern carpentry.

The full-beam salon offers a comfortable and welcoming main living space with generous seating, a coffee table, pocket television and formal dining for eight. A Corian service counter provides additional storage along with an ice maker, mini refrigerator and service center. Deck-level entry and an adjacent day head make the salon equally practical for everyday use and entertaining.

One of PICOSA LADY’S standout spaces is her expansive country kitchen. The open layout features curved upholstered seating, six large windows for natural light, exceptionally generous Corian countertops and a raised bar that creates additional casual dining and gathering space.

The galley is equipped with side-by-side full-size Fisher & Paykel refrigerator/freezers, a Wolf stainless-steel oven, Hestan five-burner induction cooktop, Miele dishwasher, microwave, Kruser trash compactor, lnSinkErator Evolution Supreme stainless-steel garbage disposal, stainless-steel sink and Samsung television. It is also partially outfitted with cooking tools, appliances and accessories for life aboard.

The wheelhouse includes a dedicated helm station with seating, three 17-inch LCD display monitors, Ritchie electric compass, horn and windshield wipers. New wheelhouse windows were installed in October 2025.

Exterior access is thoughtfully arranged along the side decks leading forward, with retractable cleats, recessed overhead stainless-steel grab rails, substantial stainless-steel loop rails, large windows, side-door access and a boarding ladder. Teak decking adds warmth and continuity throughout the exterior spaces.

A full-size transom door leads to the large swim platform, which includes lazarette access and stainless-steel rail arrangements designed for hanging or securing Seabobs. Twin stairways connect the transom and aft-deck areas, creating practical movement between the water and main entertaining level.

The large aft deck is designed for entertaining, with two separate seating arrangements comfortably accommodating eight guests. An exterior bar includes a sink, Costway ice maker and mini refrigerator, while a television, overhead lighting and Isinglass weather protection extend the usefulness of the space. A spiral staircase provides direct access to the flybridge.

An impressive raised flybridge helm is flanked by three full-size STIDD captain’s chairs with footrests. Helm equipment includes two 16″ displays, Furuno digital radar, Simrad autopilot, dual MTU engine displays, two lcom VHF radios, aft spotlight control and a 40″ stainless-steel destroyer-style helm wheel. Port and starboard wing stations provide full engine, rudder and thruster controls for enhanced visibility and maneuverability.

The flybridge and sundeck provide another substantial outdoor living area with table seating for eight, four-person hot tub, a four-stool bar with sink and wine cooler, two Frigibar chest freezers and a MAXX Ice high-capacity ice maker. A hardtop and optional extended soft-top Bimini provide shade for the four-person hot tub.

A 2,500-lb MarQuipt tender crane serves the 19′ Zodiac RIB with a 115 hp Yamaha outboard.

Separate crew accommodations include two ensuite cabins for up to four crew, with one queen berth and three twin berths. The crew area includes enclosed showers, a full-size Samsung refrigerator/freezer, kitchenette with sink, Whirlpool washing machine and Electrolux dryer.

PICOSA LADY combines substantial volume, thoughtful design and serious cruising capability in a proven platform. With elegant interior craftsmanship, practical deck access and multiple distinct living areas, she offers a compelling blend of comfort, capability and value in the 100-foot motor-yacht market.
