How “Make An Offer” Auction works:

The offer period for True Love is through 4PM ET on December 3, 2024. This phase is similar to a sealed bid auction where the seller has the ability to accept an offer. If the seller does not accept an offer, then all offers and prospective buyers will be entered into a one-day online auction on December 4th, from 9AM – 4PM ET, where bidding is transparent and shown to all in real-time.

  • Interested parties must Make An Offer to ‘qualify’ to join the one-day online auction.
  • The successful buyer is required to deposit funds equal to 10% of the purchase price and the 8% buyer’s premium for receipt by 4PM on December 5, 2024.
